Recapping Vanguard’s 2025 C2C Internship Program

Internships are an invaluable way for students to gain foundational professional experience. At Vanguard, we embrace this ideology and aim to foster the growth and success of young professionals through our hands-on internship programs.

Our College to Corporate (C2C) Internship Program is designed to support young professionals as they tackle real-world challenges, expand expertise in their chosen field, and gain invaluable insights into Vanguard’s business, culture, and values.

Insights from our interns

Over a 10-week period, our C2C interns learn the skills required to excel in their careers and set them on a clear path to join one of our specialized programs. They work on meaningful projects and collaborate with experienced teams in fields like finance, sales, data & analytics, information technology, and more.

Our current C2C cohort is sharing their most memorable moments and favorite experiences from their time over the past 10 weeks. From team building to collaboration, our interns are highlighting just how significantly this program has impacted them.
